Alex will point to random men at the grocery store and yell, "Daddy!" Yeah, that's embarrassing.
Timothy's theory, and one I wish I would have thought of myself, is that in their developing minds, "daddy" refers to boys and "mommy" refers to girls. So whenever they see someone with "male" characteristics, they call that guy "daddy". Makes sense, right?
